Day 2 of the Detox

Day Two (Monday)

I woke up feeling pretty good, considering.

8 am - 10 am: I snacked on a fruit salad throughout the morning, consisting of 2 apples, an orange, and a pear.

12 pm: lunch. carrots.

I did not properly plan for this day. I needed something to snack on throughout the afternoon, and I didn't have anything. By 3 pm, I was getting a headache. By 4 pm, I could barely function.

I crawled out of my office at 4:30 and went straight home. I collapsed onto the couch and sat in the darkened living room for an hour. I knew I needed to eat something, but I couldn't bring myself to even sit up.

I finally forced myself to get up and eat some cherry tomatoes, and I felt way better after that.

6 pm: dinner. I had a huge salad with lettuce, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, and
broccoli. I couldn't even finish it. Which is weird, because by....

8 pm: I needed a snack. I  had a bowl of grapes.

I am not satisfied.

And I don't even think I've lost any weight.


This detox sucks butt.
